3. Delivery Failures & Customer Responsibility

If a parcel is:

not collected after attempted delivery,
it may be returned to the courier’s sorting facility and may eventually be destroyed.
In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.
3.2 Customer Responsibilities

arranging redelivery or collection,

providing accurate delivery information,

accepting packages at the time of delivery,

correcting address errors before dispatch.
Failure to do so voids any eligibility for refunds or replacements.
4. Incorrect Delivery Address

For orders that include Shipping Protection, we will assist in resolving courier-related issues and may offer:

6.3 Without Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection was not selected, all third-party courier problems fall outside our responsibility.
