Returns Policy – No Wait List

At No Wait List LLC, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window, beginning on the date your package is delivered. The guidelines below explain your rights and responsibilities when initiating a return with us.


1. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • All original packaging, tags, protective films, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.

  • You must present proof of purchase such as an order confirmation, receipt, or email invoice.

Items returned without meeting these standards may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.


2. Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

Some categories of products cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or customization reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care products, including cosmetics or skincare

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and provide detailed return instructions, including the return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

  • For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

  • No Wait List LLC is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each item before shipment. However, if your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • incorrect,

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nowaitlistwatches.com.

To expedite resolution, include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage or incorrect product

  • Your order number

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Failure to report the issue promptly may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.


6. Exchange Policy

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you may:

  1. Return the original item following our return guidelines; then

  2. Place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.

This ensures accurate inventory tracking and faster processing.


7. Refund Process

After your return arrives at our facility:

  1. The item will be inspected and evaluated for eligibility.

  2. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

  3. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please be aware:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and the funds have not appeared, contact us at info@nowaitlistwatches.com.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you believe your refund is delayed:

  1. Verify your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider for processing updates.

  3. If you still do not see the refund, email us so we may assist further.


9. Cancellations

We work to process orders as quickly as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations can only be accommodated before the order has shipped.

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still return it after delivery following our standard return process.
